In order to give the public a better understanding
of the duties and emotions of their police force, the City of Tempe, Arizona
installed an interactive exhibit using the actual words of officers.
Twelve officers tell their story, which the public may access with the
simple push of a button. When pressed, the button lights, as does a
portrait of the officer speaking. |
In this exhibit at the Tempe HistoryMuseum, visitors can hear the personal
stories of Tempe police officers
Using Museum Technology Source's equipment, visitors press pushbuttons that
activate the audio component and illuminate the photograph of the
corresponding officer whose story is being told.
